The Fox Tower

All of our facilities have fully equipped kitchens, grills, picnic tables, and a row boat. The beds are made ready for your arrival.
The Fox Tower Condo has two units on three floors.

Condo Unit 1

is the Main Floor Unit. It is located off the water and utilizes the main docks. It has A/C. It is a bright kitchen with a dishwasher and beautiful country views and one bathroom. For sleeping, it has two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a full bed.

Condo Unit 2: Upstairs

The upper unit has two floors and is located off the water and utilized the main docks. IT has A/C. The entire top floor is a master bedroom with beautiful 360 degree views. One bathroom. For sleeping, it has two bedrooms and a porch, 3 beds and a full sofa bed, King bed, queen bed, twin bed on porch (which can be switched out for a full if needed), and a full sofa sleeper.
Rates

2021 ($530 deposit required)
Spring: $595 weekly • $120 daily - Deposit $120
Summer(Memorial Day - Labor Day): $800 weekly • $160 daily - Deposit $260
Fall: $680 weekly • $136 daily - Deposit $136
Extra Persons $25 per week, or $10 per day


The Base Rates include up to 4 registered guests. Guests over 4 are charged each 1 time, $50.00 per week or $15.00 daily rate 1 time. Prices subject to change. These rates do not apply on Special Dates.
